Wow – I’m not gonna lie, I am exhausted this week. The anticipation and the aftermath of the election has been exhausting. And, stressful. So, I am writing a short, no nonsense, to the point, blog post this week.

I know it’s difficult to hear this, but it’s up to you to choose joy.
