I am ditching the yoga mat for this new online program!  We are busy. So, I’ve put together FIVE comprehensive but quick sessions (under 15 minutes) that are super efficient and effective for you.

MyYoga is an option for you if you want any or all of the following:

  • improved clarity
  • better focus
  • lose weight/inches
  • increased flexibility, coordination, & balance

These short sessions can be done on their own, or as a compliment to another workout, and can be modified for all levels.

This introductory package includes:

  1. Beyond Balance (Improve balance and core strength)
  2. Stand Strong (Stretch and Strengthen lower body)
  3. Core Strength (Flatten and firm belly and back)
  4. Twists & Balances (Open joints, improve coordination)
  5. Perfect Posture (Stand tall and straight)

And, stay tuned for new packages!! 

Oh, and don’t worry – I won’t make you do any inversions… unless you want to learn😬 or if you come over my house… or if I see you at the gym… okay, maybe I will…
